Stayed at site 373. The site has electric hook up, dump station, easy access, cell service, table, clean showers, restrooms, pet friendly and water access.

No discounts, so the site rate was $41/night.

It's a good thing that there was some flexibility in my plan today, because there was a lot of extra time in the day that was dedicated to things not planned for.

The morning started with packing and up and heading to McDonalds and a laundromat. Washing and drying the clothes took up an hour of my time. From there, I went to 4 lighthouses. I found some really good Thai food, deviating from my brewery routine. A good change! Then I headed to the campsite to set up and then walked to the beach armed with my chair and my camera (phone). Nice down time! My ankles are swollen from sitting in the car so much, but it's worth it! Another great day! Usually after being away from home this long, I'm ready to go home. Instead, I'm sadly counting how few more days we have. I can't wait to retire!

I'm a transplant to the state of Texas from Florida. I LOVE Texas! (But I do miss the beach).

My favorite hobbies are traveling with my guy to new places and experiencing all that life has to offer.

I have a little obsession with essential oils. They are my first go to when I don't feel well or something smells funny. I choose to avoid chemicals when possible, so making my own soaps, lip balms and salves makes me happy!
