Stayed at site 112. The site has electric hook up, dump station, shade, level, easy access, cell service, fire pit, table, grill, clean showers, restrooms, pet friendly, hiking and water access.

No discounts, so the site rate was $29.61/night.

Today, I got up, hopped in the Jeep and went exploring Holland. I went to Windmill Island Gardens so I could see the windmill which is the only authentic, working Dutch windmill in the US. After that, I photographed the lighthouse near the campsite and broke down camp to move on to Indiana, stopping at 4 more lighthouses and a brewery for a late lunch. After that, I was off to Indiana Dunes National Park. I went out of the way to the nearest DQ which had a LONG line, we I went to Sonic instead.

I got lost on the way to the campground, then found it easily. Easy set up on a nice flat surface. Off to Illinois tomorrow! I'm weary of riding in the car. NOT ready to be home, but ready to NOT be in the car!

I'm a transplant to the state of Texas from Florida. I LOVE Texas! (But I do miss the beach).

My favorite hobbies are traveling with my guy to new places and experiencing all that life has to offer.

I have a little obsession with essential oils. They are my first go to when I don't feel well or something smells funny. I choose to avoid chemicals when possible, so making my own soaps, lip balms and salves makes me happy!
