9.6.21 Clear Spring Campground

On September 6th I started a vacation to Michigan and everyplace in between!

I stayed at site B04. The site has water and electric hook ups, dump station, shade, level, easy access, cell service, fire pit, grill, restrooms and is lake/waterfront.

I saved 50% with the PP pass, so the site rate was $13/night.

9/6/21

The drive was uneventful, which is good! The campsite is AWESOME! I had difficulties finding a resaurant that was open on a Monday AND a holiday. I found 2 breweries, but both are closed on Monday. Made a stop at Walmart (ant spray for tomorrow night per recent reviews) and CVS for an inhaler (I can't breathe or stop coughing). Dinner was a challenge, but ended up at Hopkins Icehouse. Very little non-commercial beer on tap (I think there were 2) and service was not so great. My chicken avocado burger was excellent!

I'm looking forward to the sunrise in the morning. Alarm is SET!

I got up in time to see the sunrise. What a perfect location! There was steam rising off the lake which was illuminated by the rising sun. a great way to start the day! God, coffee and a beautiful sunrise 😄

I'm all packed up and pulling out by 9am!
